Woah. Didn't see that coming.

girlnamedxenaOk, you know how I've been whining that all of the guys I like are gay?
Well, that's still true. BUT apparently there are straight guys who
like me.
That's right. Guys. As in plurrel. And they both asked me for my contact info today. David (used to have a mohawk guy) asked for my email with the lame excuse that he might need notes sometime in the future. Err... right. Also Collin (wierd humanities guy who I have zero interest in) asked me for my phone number. And I didn't know what else to do so I gave it to him.
So I ran into Collin in the hall, and he asked me if I wanted to go have coffee. Since I'd already mentioned that I didn't have class for three hours I said Ok. Then we talked about fantasy movies and anti-heros and when the conversation was winding down he asked me for my phone number so I could go over to his place and watch movies (!). Who asks for phone numbers anymore? It's all about email.
Now, David did say he wanted my email for notes- but here's my rationalization that it was actually because he likes me. See, I got kind of a gay vibe off him before. But that time we had lunch he mentioned that he was straight. Now, a straight guy with a gay vibe is EXACTLY what I need. And since he has the gay vibe it's reasonable to assume he has certain gay qualities. Like subtlety. Now, if I wanted to presue a guy who I didn't see in person that much I'd ask him for his email, then get to know him that way. And I think this is what Dave is doing.
Maybe.
Anyway, this whole day has left me feeling 'Wait a minute- how did that happen?'
But as Sade pointed out, the situation will resolve itself without my really having to do anything about it.
And to think, if I'd've had the balls to ask Dave to lunch today after class I wouldn't have run into Collin. Oh well.
