girlnamedxenaMy mom and I are making another attempt at making chocolate covered cherries. We have all these brandied cherries that my mom made last fall, and as a byproduct we've now got a bit of cherry brandy. The brandy smelled really gross when we added it to the cherries back in the fall, but now it tastes really, really good. Yum. Hopefully the cherry chocolates will turn out as good.
