Here's an update for you

So, stayed at my dad's last night and watched Songcatcher. I complainted about how much I don't know about turn of the century Canadian settlements and concluded I need to ask my mom or grandma.
Speaking of my mom, she wrote back to me saying that she's "not particulairly surprised." Sigh. Also that my bird had died. She also said she was busy at work and that we could talk later. Er... what exactly is there to talk about? I don't know. But she signed it "love Mom" so it's probably not going to be about how she'll disown me. Which I never thought was an issue anyway.
And I'm sleepy because I had to get up when my dad did so he could drive me back to my aunt's.

Why is it I get much more ink all over myself when I use a fountain pen than when I use a dip pen?

I mailed a letter today and forgot to put a stamp on it. Hehe. Hopefully it'll be returned so I can resend it. And I think the back tire of the bike has a leak. Oh joy.
