Oh, the pain, oh the suffering.

I have no idea what I did to myself, but my legs are very, very sore. Like, devil sore. They feel like they're all covered in really huge, deep bruises but they're not. I guess it's a muscle thihng, but I can hardly go down stairs. And I have swing dance tonight. Eh. Wrists are also feeling kinda stiff, but I wrote a lot today, both for school and creatively, so that at least is good.

Oh, and someone asked to take my picture. She was taking photos of 'women on campus' and took several of me pounding away on Edgar. Hrm. It's a good thing I wore a hat today as my hair is truly horrible. Forgot to put on make up this morning too. Oh well.

Yay! Going shopping after school today. I love going to Shopper's drug mart. And I have tons of stuff I want to get. Oh, also finally got my Ralph money so I won't have to feel as guilty about spending thirty dollars on make-up, which is probably what I'm going to do. Also going crinolin shopping with my mom when she gets home from work. I already have one and it's ok, but no great so we're going to What's in Store to see if they have anything better.

This weekend = w00t!!!!! Can't wait. Hope my legs have stopped freaking out by then.

Hrm. Listening to Mists of Avalon soundtrack. Makes me want to watch it again. Maybe I can pop it in tomorrow while I labour over hand-sewing 6+ metres of hem. Also will have to experiment with make up to get fifties look. It's too bad the only good pictures I could find were in black and white.

Also- there's an English class who have to read Philosopher's Stone and PoA. Why can't I be in that class? ;_;

Sigh. But it's only intollerable when I'm going down stairs or hills, so I'll live.

Ok, so I went to Shoppers and there was a saleslady there who was totally helpful! She saved me soooo much time. I got everything I need and tried it all out just now. It looks good, although I need some serious practise with the liquid eyeliner before I can go out in public. But everything is very fifties and cool and all that. Whaha. I wonder where mom and jo are. No one's home. Hope they get here soon, swing tonight and all that.
