I just had the biggest un-Christmas ever. But I'm ok with that. I'll have a real Christmas tomorrow with my dad. Anyway, the relatives all rolled in, and the youngsters all went to the basement and played mario party while the olds talked about IKEA. Then they left at nine-thirty because my aunt didn't feel well. Then mom decided we could just open all of our presents now. Which we did. And I got this long skinny Jack Skelington doll! He's like two feet long and about an inch thick. V. Cool. And the second Il Divo CD. And Jo actually liked the random stuff I got him, which is a first. A hula girl for the car and flesh eating disease. I didn't think he'd like either of them, but that just goes to show what I know.
Oooh, I also got a wireless internet thingie for Edgar, which is nice.
Hrm. I'm sleepy. Every year Christmas gets to be a smaller and smaller deal for me. Especially this year when we decided not to spend too much money on each other. I'm not complaining- I think the captialist aspect of Christmas has gotten way out of hand.
Oh, and my Nana gave me a card with a check in it, and the card was all about Jesus and celebrating his birth and stuff. *snicker*. Don't get me wrong- I respect Jesus, I think he was an important guy, but he's definitely not the be all end all for me.
I really like my Jack doll though. Too cool.
